Shipping policy

We try our hardest to get your shipment out to you as quickly as possible. Our orders will ship within 3 business days. We ship using FedEx, and once the order has left our store, we have no control over the delivery date. 

We only ship within Canada. Online orders can also be picked up in store by selecting curbside pickup and choosing one of our two locations, Grimsby or Dunnville. Please wait to receive an email before coming to pickup your order. An email will be sent out as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order confirmation and a piece of photo ID ready when you come to pick up. 

For shipping to the United States, please inquire. If we do ship product to the United States, duties and taxes are paid by the customer when the shipment crosses the border. We are not responsible for the duties and taxes of any item. At this time we cannot calculate duties and taxes; those are calculated through US Customs and Border Protection. 

Our shipping rates are: 

Orders under $250 - Ground shipping $25, Express shipping $35

Orders between $251 and $999 - Ground shipping free, Express shipping $35

Orders over $1000 - Free shipping 

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, only full addresses are accepted. Your order will be cancelled if it is a PO Box number.
